Yes, I know! It’s been a while. For those of you who’ve been checking in you’ll be happy to know that I’m neither dead, in jail or on the run. Between my broken e-mail and work on the house I couldn’t get this thing out, but I’m back on track and ready to go.
It’s too bad I haven’t been around because I had some funny stories to share. One of my favorites happened this week. I was talking to someone at work about this video we’re working on and Darren asks me who do you think my new favorite artist is? I say Miley Cyrus. He says how did you know? I said I just knew. I proceeded to tell him, and by default those around me, that I just downloaded the album. I’ve spent the rest of the week defending that download. Shelly would you please stick up for me?
A few weeks back, Elaine sent me one of the best Halloween costumes ever. What do you think?
Here’s another funny story. Someone sent me a check for a football pool I’m running and the bank sent it back to me. Why? Because they postdated it. Who does that? I guess somebody does.
Wait, wait. I have another funny story. So, if you’re on IM and you want to talk about another person who is also on IM you probably should make sure that you don’t send that IM to the person you’re talking about. That’s just an idea. LOL.
The other day we had a bowling event for work and that was pretty funny. I wanted to have a cool, relaxed time, but they (everyone) insisted on trying to beat me. In the end, I still had the highest combined score, but who’s counting?
I also stopped by Novo Nordisk the other day for their World Diabetes Day and I saw the craziest thing. There were 200 or so people in there playing Simon Says.
